Description
The KERBL Easy Heat Bucket and Churn Milk Heater is a German engineered powerful, sturdy and easily cleaned milk heater . The KERBL Bucket Easy Heat and Churn Milk Heater features an adjustable thermostat, which will maintain a constant temperature while heating the milk and automatically cut off when the milk has reached the desired temperature, this ensures the heater will never burn the milk. The KERBL Easy Heat Bucket and Churn Milk Heater 23A has been optimised for use in cylindrical containers with an average diameter of max. 22 cm and for volumes of liquid of up to 10 litres. In the event of any deviating conditions, a longer heat-up time may be required and there may be temperature deviations. The EasyHeat 23A device cannot be used as a temperature measurement device.
How to use the KERBL Easy Heat Bucket and Churn Milk Heater
Before connecting the plug to the socket, place the device in the liquid to be warmed. Note the maximum and minimum immersion depth of the device. This is marked on the immersion tube. Ensure that the bucket or the container with the liquid to be heated stands securely on level and stable ground, so as to prevent the device from falling over.
Heating the liquid
Turn the control dial to the desired setting. When heating approx. 10 litres of liquid in cylindrical containers with an average diameter of approx. 22 cm (e.g. Calf Feeding Bucket), the following temperatures are reached:
Dial Number | Temperature Reached |
2 | approx. 20 °C |
4 | approx. 40 °C |
6 | approx. 55 °C |
8 | approx. 65 °C |
10 | approx. 80 °C |
To start the device connect the power cable to the socket and the device will begin to heat. The red check light indicates whether the heating element is actually heating. When the check light on the heating element heats; When the check light off the heating element does not heat.
The heater switches off and the control light goes out upon reaching the target temperature. The heating duration depends upon several factors such as the initial temperature of the liquid, the set target temperature, the ambient temperature, the amount of liquid, and the shape and insulation of the container. To bring larger amounts of liquid to a uniform temperature, the liquid must be circulated manually if necessary. The red check light indicates whether the heating element is actually heating. If the FastHeat device continues to be left in the container, the liquid will be re-heated again when the temperature drops so as to ensure that the pre-set target temperature is maintained (heat retention mode). Switching the device off To switch off the device, turn the control dial to the “0” setting and then pull the connection cable out of the socket.
Details of the KERBL Easy Heat Bucket and Churn Milk Heater
The milk heater uses a very powerful 1700w heater and is ideal for heating small to medium amounts of milk or milk replacer. The round designed heating element and stand pipe are manufactured from high quality stainless steel, this makes the heater easy to clean and highly hygienic. The KERBL Easy Heat Bucket and Churn Milk Heater features a minimal heat up time and is powered from a three pin plug. The milk heater has a safety rating of IPx7. The Thermostat controls the temperature and is controlled by a easy to use labeled dial.
Features of the KERBL Easy Heat Bucket and Churn Milk Heater
- Solid design
- Thermostatically controlled
- Automatic cut off
- Ideal for small to medium amounts
- Easily cleaned
- Minimal heat up time
- Made in Germany
- IPx7 Waterproof rating
